Meet the Mino Women
Our name is inspired by the Mino women of the Dahomey Kingdom in what is modern day Benin, West Africa—fearless warriors and leaders who exemplified strength, resilience, and community impact. A story suppressed, this legacy motivates our mission to uplift underrepresented voices and create equitable opportunities. At the Mino Learning Collaborative, we are dedicated to empowering community-based organizations.
We recognize the unique challenges these organizations face, including a lack of resources and limited access to on-going training. Historically, these groups have been underserved, leading to disparities in professional development opportunities and organizational growth.
Our mission is to bridge this gap by leveraging the expertise of industry-leading professionals. We believe that every organization, regardless of its background, deserves access to high-quality consulting services that can transform its operations and enhance its brand. By focusing our efforts on these marginalized groups, we aim to create a more equitable business landscape where diverse voices can thrive.
